Merujuk kepada kanak-kanak yang mengalami ketidakupayaan fizikal & memerlukan pengubatan atau peralatan khas seperti pendakap mahupun kerusi roda. Menurut Sharani (2006), kecacatan fizikal termasuklah ketidakupayaan berbentuk neurologi yang melibatkan otak dan urat saraf yang rosak serta kecederaan ortopedik yang melibatkan tulang, sendi dan otot.
